YRecall documentation
Find your way
around the system.
A clear starting point for the product, the habits around it, and the boundaries we keep in place.
Start with
the essentials.
YRecall works best when it stays lighter than the life it supports.
01 / Getting started
Begin with one trusted place.
Use YRecall as the landing point for thoughts, tasks, references, and small pieces of context that do not have a reliable home yet. Do not migrate everything on day one. Start with what you are most likely to need again this week.
- Capture the thought in the language it arrived in.
- Add a person, project, or moment only when it helps you find the thought later.
- Return to a small set of useful items instead of trying to clear the entire system.
02 / Everyday workflow
Capture quickly. Shape context later.
The product is intentionally designed around two speeds. Capture should take seconds; organization can happen when the surrounding context is clearer. A good entry usually needs a useful title, one cue, and an honest next step.
For a weekly reset, look for what still has energy, close what no longer belongs, and choose one small promise for the days ahead.
03 / Privacy and control
Your information should stay understandable.
We aim to collect only what is needed to provide and protect YRecall. Read the privacy policy for the detailed explanation of information, retention, choices, and support. Keep your password private and contact us promptly if something looks unfamiliar.
04 / Support and feedback
There is a person on the other side.
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and what device or browser you were using. Specific context helps us reproduce issues and make better decisions.
